Up under the eaves, out across the yard
The permanent eave lights are the one outdoor product here that plugs in. Six runs of 50 feet mount under the roof edge with adhesive and screws, about 2 to 4 inches out from the wall, and the adapter with its extension reaches 8.2 feet, so plan the run from an outdoor outlet. The lights, cables, adapter and controller are sealed to IP67 and rated from -22°F to 140°F.
The poles carry no power at all. They give your own string lights a place to hang: tall yard poles on a fork in the lawn, short deck poles clamped to a rail. Choose by surface first and by length of run second, then count corners. Both kinds are galvanized metal, and both are part of the outdoor shelf of the Nexillumi range.
