Prices, lengths and ratings

Prices, lengths, colors and pack sizes come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A length or pack that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update. Ratings are the ones buyers gave each product family.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return or replacement.

Guides and safety notes

The size guide, the planning guide and the articles explain how our lights are measured and mounted, and they cite public sources on ladders, holiday lights and rechargeable batteries. They are general information. The instruction sheet in the box decides how a product goes up, and any wiring beyond a plug-in adapter is a job for a licensed electrician.
