About the Nexillumi Deck String Light Poles
A pole has four threaded sections, with three in the middle you can leave out for a lower line, and a claw at the top that holds the string in the wind. Fix the clamps and the base bracket to the rail first, drop the assembled pole into them and tighten the screws at the base and the middle.
